Imandra Go — October 4–5, 2025
On October 4 and 5, 2025, Imandra Go will host regional Nordic walking competitions for residents of the Murmansk region and guests of the region. Participants will enjoy amateur trails, PRO-level competitive events, and special routes with guides. The atmosphere of a sporting festival, the northern landscapes, and the friendly atmosphere are all part of Imandra Go.

Imandra Go 2025
Imandra Go 2025 will be held on October 4–5 in the city of Monchegorsk. Over the course of two days, participants will experience:
- an amateur 1 km race without time limits,
- professional 4.5 km races with judging,
- 3 km team relay races,
- a special trekking program with instructors and guides.
Where: Lapark Ski Resort

Equipment: a set of Nordic walking poles.
Age categories: 18+
PRO level: separate classes for men and women in different age groups.
The second day's Imandra Go program is designed for 60 participants of all ages with their own equipment, who must register in advance:
Registration for those who will arrive at the starting point by their own transportation
Bring your Nordic poles, and the instructor will correct your technique if necessary.
You will have a master class from Kristina Volodina, a Candidate of Medical Sciences, a physical therapy and sports medicine doctor, and the founder of the Nordic Health project, as well as an Associate Professor at Sechenov University.
On October 5, you will follow a circular route from Monchegorsk to Mount Nud and back, with a total elevation gain of 348 meters.
In case of adverse weather conditions, there is an alternative route of 4 kilometers, which leads to the Rakkard parking lot with scenic views of the Imandra and Khibiny mountains.
